I am participating in the ACV 401 Bike Challenge. Join me in the fight against the greatest challenges in child health. I have to admit that my motivation to do this ride is not just raising funds to help two great hospitals provide better care for children and their families. It's also to use a long-distance bike ride to show that even older men and women can use their passion for riding to illustrate the health benefits of exercise. Yes, there are two goals: the first, to raise money which will improve the health of the next generation, and the second, to inspire adults to be more active so they can enjoy better health as their years go by. Your support will go a long way, even further than Toronoto to Montreal!
