This year, like many fundraisers, we had to postpone our annual event until 2021. Originally, we were scheduled to host the 4th Annual Greyson's Golf Fore the Heart Charity Fundraiser on Saturday July 25th, 2020 and we were very disappointed that we had to delay due to COVID restrictions.
But we still want to help give back this year! So, we have decided to host a "Golf Day for Sick Kids" on Sunday September 20th, 2020, the 4th anniversary of Greyson's heart surgery - his "Heart-aversary" -
How are we raising funds?
Whisky Run Golf Club has offered to donate a portion of every paid green fee on Sunday September 20th to the Labatt Family Heart Center in honour of Greyson. If you would like to play golf on this day, you can book a tee time online and a portion of your green fee will be donated by Whisky Run Golf Club.
How is the event different from previous years?
Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to host our event with the number of participants that would be expected to attend. This alternative - a Golf Day for Sick Kids - will be a casual day at the course. The Dobbs family will be present to thank golfers for their support but there will be no course competitions, special formats, awards or gatherings for meals. It will be a fun day on the golf course benefitting a very worthy organization - The Labatt Family Heart Center at Sick Kids Hospital.

What if I can't play golf that day but would like to donate?
If you would like to help raise funds but can't make it out to the course on September 20th, you can join us by donating here on Greyson's Golf Fore the Heart Donation Page. You will immediately receive your charitable receipt directly from Sick Kids Hospital.
What if I'm a Whisky Run Member and do not pay Green Fees?
Whisky Run members who would also like to help us reach our fundraising goal can donate here on this Donation Page as well.

If you are a previous sponsor of Greyson's tournament, you can also join us by making a personal donation or a donation on behalf of your business here on this page. Again, any amount is encouraged. We will be placing all of our sponsor signs from previous years out on the course to showcase the community support we have received over the past 3 years.
Prizing
We will be doing a raffle draw at the conclusion of the day on Sunday September 20th. Anyone who has donated (online or in person) will be eligible and will have their name entered into the draw. Winners will be announced virtually and will be able to pick up their prizes at the golf course or arrange drop off with the Dobbs family.
Thank You
Greyson turns 5 years old on October 2nd this year. He is a bright, enthusiastic and kind Kindergartener who loves his legos and anything on wheels! It is hard to believe that just 4 years ago he was turning 1 and enduring a twelve hour open heart surgery! We are eternally grateful to Sick Kids for their miracle workers and we continue to be humbled by the generosity of our family, friends and community through our journey to give back to the hospital that saved our son's life.
