About Project: S.M.I.L.E.

The coronavirus has impacted many hospitals and patients around the world. Given the hard and uncertain circumstances, we wanted to find a way to give back to society and hence, we launched a new initiative, Project S.M.I.L.E., where it stands for Spread More Invaluable Love Everywhere. We know that is must be hard for the sick children in the hospital, especially given the social distancing and the limited social  contact, so we hope that by creating activity books, we can help make their days a little better. We need your help to make this happen. For every $5 you donate, we will send an activity book and a set of crayons to SickKids, and the funds raised will go directly to supporting the highest priority needs at SickKids. Please join us in making these children's lives a little better, and support the hospital by donating anything you can! Every penny helps!

Hope for Humanity

Hope for Humanity is a non-profit, student-led organization focused on raising awareness and money for childhood illnesses. It was founded in 2018 by two high school students in Toronto, Amy Li and Lauren Koek. With an interest in science and the drive to make a difference, they decided to start by raising awareness and money for neuroblastoma research for SickKids Foundation. While they encountered many obstacles in their journey, they never gave up. They are also proud founders of Future Lawyers, another non-profit student-led organization dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and educating students interested in law on all that they need and want to know. If you would like to find out more about Future Lawyers, check out their website at www.futurelawyers.ca.
