What is the difference between registering or making a donation?

Registering to participate will give you access to your own fundraising page, which will allow you to fundraise within your community, and track donations and KM's at the same time.

If you would prefer to just make a straight donation without registering to participate and fundraise, that is okay too! We appreciate your support in any way.

When do we start? 

The team will be live streaming the event when they start their walk. Time TBD. 

Why is A Walk in the 6 going virtual? 

As we continue to monitor the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, we made the difficult decision to go virtual, to ensure the safety of our community.

How do I track my KM's

Step 1: Login to your personal fundraising page. Click LOGIN at the top right-hand corner of the page. 

Step 2: Once logged in, hover over your name/photo icon (Now at the top right-hand corner) and a drop-down menu will appear. Choose Manage My page 

Step 3: This will lead you to the back end of your personal page where you can make updates. 

Step 4: Choose Record Fitness Activity, which is on the menu on the left-hand side.  

Step 5: Add in total fitness goal (i.e 25 km) This goal will only appear here. 

Step 6: Click the Green button that says Add Fitness Activity and add in the following details: 

  • Activity Title  
  • Type- Walk Run Ride 
  • Distance  
  • Date/Time 
  • Description (optional) 
  • Photo (0ptional)

Once this fitness activity is saved it will then appear on your personal fundraising page
