About Ragnar Ontario Trail

Ragnar Canada is proud to partner with SickKids Warriors.  Be a Warrior for kids who need our help!

Mark your calendars Ragnar Ontario Trail is August 22 & 23, 2020!!! We are excited to deliver another great adventure at Hardwood Ski and Bike. Great trails an hour and a half north of Toronto, come join us for a memorable weekend.

Like summer camp for adults — with trail running and race medals.

Teams of 8 or 4 run roughly 190 kms—in three repeating loops—on wilderness trails that wind through forests. You’ll run day, and night, and day again, sleeping (yeah right) in a temporary tent city known as Ragnar Village. Each teammate completes each race loop once—green, yellow, and red—with poker breaks in between, for a total of 25 kmsish per runner (twice that for ultra-teams). Elevation is inevitable. And so are breathtaking views.  Round up 8 friends, relatives, friends-of-relatives, or relatives-of-friends, and gear up for the outdoor adventure of a lifetime. For an ultra-team, divide the runners in half (4) and double your kms. Your only agenda: run, camp, sleep, eat s’mores, repeat.

How Your Support Makes a Difference

Fight for kids like Myles

Staying active is vital for cystic fibrosis patients. Myles was a SickKids cystic fibrosis patient when he received his first double lung transplant. Recently, he received his third transplant – the first in Canada. In 2015, he ran with the torch at the Toronto Pan Am Games. See just how strong you need to be to run like Myles.
