Q: I forgot which in-studio class time I registered for. Where can I find this information?
A: Life Time members may view class registration information on the Life Time app.
Q: How do I access the virtual event?
A: A livestream link will be emailed out to all riders [x days] prior to the event.
Q: Will childcare be available during the event?
A: Childcare of up to 2.5 hours is available to all Life Time members with juniors on their membership and is available to guest riders on a club-by-club basis — please contact your local Life Time prior to the event to inquire about availability.
Q: Is there a fee to take part in Ride of a Life Time?
A: There is no fee to take part in Ride of a Life Time. Instead, we encourage participants to raise funds in support of our two beneficiary organizations — Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Ride of a Life Time.
Q: Can non-members participate in the event?
A: Yes, non-members can participate in Ride of a Life Time by purchasing a One-Day Membership. As a One-Day Member, you will have access to Life Time on the day of the event, and to the Life Time Digital App where you can reserve a bike. All proceeds collected from One-Day Membership fees will be donated to your local Life Time fundraising team.
Q: How do I register for Ride of a Life Time?
A: If you want to ride in-studio, registration is a two-step process. First, reserve your bike through the Life Time Digital App. Then, set up your fundraising page. If you are joining us from home via livestream, you only need to create your fundraising page to register.
Q: Do I need to reserve a bike?
A: Yes, all riders that wish to ride in-studio must select a class time and reserve a bike through the Life Time Digital App. We encourage all riders, especially non-members, to reserve their bike as far in advance as possible as spaces fill up fast.
FUNDRAISING FAQS
Q: How do I help raise funds?
A: When you register you’ll be asked to create an individual fundraising page and choose a local Life Time fundraising team. The fundraising team you select is important because it determines which local hospital benefits from your fundraising efforts.
Q: How can I access my fundraising page?
A: To access your fundraising page, click the red “login” button on the event page or the link sent in your registration confirmation email.
Q: Can I edit my fundraising goal?
A: Yes. You can edit your fundraising goal up or down as needed.
Q: What if I don’t meet my fundraising goal – can I still ride?
A: Yes. All riders are welcome to participate regardless of funds raised.
Q: Where do the dollars I raise go?
A: Funds raised are evenly divided between Life Time Foundation and each fundraising team's local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
Q: Where do I send check and cash donations?
A. Please convert all cash donations to check and make checks payable to CMN Hospitals. Write “Life Time Ride of a Life Time” in the memo line along with the participant’s name. Checks can be mailed to CMN Hospitals National Office at the address below:

After mailing, please email rideofalifetime@lifetime.life notifying us of the donation and include: donation amount, check number, donor and participant names as well as the date the check was mailed.
Q: My company wants to match my donation. What do I do?
A: Please connect with your HR team — every company's matching process looks different, so. If your company needs us to verify the donation amount, please email matching@cmnhospitals.org and we will provide that information.
